The RiverBend Stroke Survivor and Caregiver Support Group is a vital resource for post-stroke patients and caregivers. The group, which was founded in 2016, increases awareness through public appearances and educational events, annual walks and craft days.

Monthly in-person meetings feature guest speakers and activities that inspire and educate. The group’s upcoming collaboration with the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art at the University of Oregon for an exhibition during American Stroke Month reinforces a commitment to stroke awareness. The group’s warm, inclusive environment and outreach truly make an impact.
