Group Heroes Nomination
The Group Heroes award honors a group that’s working to educate, inspire and bring awareness to stroke. Groups can include stroke support groups, stroke teams, medical facilities, families or others who have come together to raise awareness of stroke.
2026 nominations are closed. Come back and vote for the Voters’ Choice Hero in March! The new roster of Stroke Heroes will be announced in May.
