We meet monthly. Our meetings begin with our Mission Statement, social time and refreshments, educational program, spotlight share, and then closing. Our awesome Team Leaders include Monica Cook, RN/Piedmont Macon Stroke Coordinator and Tracey Gift, Certified Recreation Therapist. We Strive For a Positive, Supportive, Learning, Dynamic, Fun, and Safe space for all Stroke Survivors and their Caregivers, Family, Friends!
