The Stroke Survivor Support Group is a joint offering from Saint Francis Health System and Tulsa Rehab Hospital. Connect with other stroke survivors in a safe, supportive environment and discuss challenges and triumphs with people who understand your experience.

Notes

This group is open to anyone that would benefit from our monthly meet. Refreshments are available at each meet. 

Support group will be canceled if Tulsa Public Schools and/or Union Schools are canceled for weather.
