Surviving and Thriving After Stroke is an education series and social gathering for stroke survivors, caregivers, and family members. Learn how to prepare for your stroke recovery. You can also meet members of the multidisciplinary team who will be caring for you and learn how you and your caregiver can be active participants in your care.
