Nikki Juvan has been a dedicated caregiver to her husband, a survivor of multiple strokes, for the past six years. She founded Stroke Awareness Vermont with her daughter in 2023 to support stroke survivors and caregivers.
Nikki has hosted awareness walks, created a book of survivor stories and collaborated with the University of Vermont Medical Center to develop a caregiver training program. Despite working full-time as a teacher, she tirelessly advocates for stroke awareness, sharing her experiences and resources. Her commitment to education and support makes her a beacon of hope.
